'Saints Aid' 7 - Competition

The ever popular Saints Aid event will be launched for it's 7th annual event next month. Event organisers SMiSA have provided the Official Website with a great prize which is up for grabs in a free to enter competition.

This is the seventh consecutive year that SMiSA have organised the end of season Saints Aid event at Love Street and to date they have raised over £36,000 for the Club.

The event will raise funds for the St Mirren Youth Development programme and will also offer supporters the chance of a lifetime to pull on a Saints shirt and play on the sacred turf that is Love Street.

So, here is your chance to win a place in the away team for the upcoming 'Saints Aid' event on Sunday, May 18th.

Courtesy of the guys and gals at SMiSA the 'number 12' position in the 'away' team is up for grabs in this free and easy to enter competition.

The original of each picture can be found in the First Team Squad Profiles on the Official Website so it shouldn't be too hard to work out who is who.  But to give you a litle bit more help we have put two names under each player - one of them is the correct name.

Once you have worked out who is who please send you answers by e-mail to norrie@saintmirren.net with the subject header 'Saints Aid Competition'.

In the main body of the e-mail please clearly stipulate who players A, B and C are, eg; Player A is Jim Hamilton, Player B is Craig Molloy and Player C is Chris Smith.

Competition Rules:

* The competition is only open to people who on Sunday, May 18th 2008 are 16 years of age or over - proof of age may be required by the winner.

* You must be able to take part in the Saints Aid event on Sunday, May 18th 2008 - if you can't there will be no replacement prize.

* There can only be one entry per e-mail address.

* The closing date for the competion will be 6:00pm on Thursday, May 8th.

* The winner will be drawn at random from all the winning entries.

* The winner will be notified by e-mail no later than 1:00pm on Friday, May 9th and they must respond in kind by e-mail to confirm they can make the event by no later than 6:00pm on Saturday, May 10th - if they don't meet this deadline another winner will be drawn out.

* When the winner confirms that they can make the event they must provide contact details to be passed onto the event organisers (SMiSA). 

* The Editor's decision is final.

* By entering the competition you will be deemed as having accepted these rules.
